Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After 2 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled as processing and preparation begin immediately.


Refunds & Returns

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in the original condition and packaging in which they were received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Refunds are processed only after the item has been inspected and approved by Drivesville.

Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to process it.

Note: Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Custom or special-order items

Pickup Orders

Orders placed for pickup must be collected within 30 days of purchase.
If an order is not picked up within that time, Drivesville reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If you’re unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance, as Drivesville cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
